1. Rental Requirements

• Age Requirement : Renters must be 25 years or older for exotic vehicles; 21+ for luxury/standard vehicles.

• Valid License : A valid, government-issued driver’s license is required at the time of rental. No learner permits or temporary licenses accepted.

• Driving History : We reserve the right to deny rentals to individuals with a history of major violations or recent accidents.

2. Payment & Deposit

• A valid credit or debit card is required for all rentals.

• A security deposit (amount varies by vehicle class) is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, minus any incidentals.

• Rental balance must be paid in full before the rental period begins.

• Security deposit is due the day of the trip start.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 20% of the rental total is non-refundable once the rental agreement is signed.

• If you wish to hold a vehicle, a non-refundable 20% deposit of the trip total is required.

• After vehicle pickup, the rental is non-refundable. If you decline the vehicle at pickup, you may receive an 80% refund, minus the deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) forfeit the full rental fee.

4. Vehicle Use

• Absolutely no racing, reckless driving, or burnouts.

• No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. A $300 cleaning fee applies for violations.

• Premium fuel only for performance and luxury vehicles – fuel receipts required.

• Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and traffic violations.

5. Mileage & Usage

• Daily mileage limit varies by vehicle. Excess mileage is billed at a per-mile overage rate.

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

• Only the renter and approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

6. Insurance & Liability

• All renters must provide proof of full-coverage insurance that transfers to rental vehicles.

• Additional rental insurance may be required depending on the car class.

• Renters are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear not covered by insurance.

7. Pickup, Delivery & Returns

• Free pickup at designated locations. Delivery available for a fee.

• Vehicles must be returned on time. Late returns incur additional charges.

• A vehicle condition inspection will be conducted at both pickup and return.

8. Reservation & Booking

• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed rental agreement is completed.

• All bookings are subject to approval. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to policy violations or false information.

9. Prohibited Uses

• No ridesharing, delivery driving, or commercial use unless explicitly authorized.

• No off-road or track use.

• No international travel unless pre-approved in writing.
